I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Cactus Club Cafe! The food was outstanding – every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The ambience was perfect, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made the meal even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the staff – they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, ensuring every need was met with a smile. It’s rare to find a place that excels in all aspects, but Cactus Club Cafe nailed it! I’ll definitely be recommending this spot to friends and family and look forward to visiting again soon. We visited Cactus Club on a busy Friday night and ordered the sushi and teriyaki chicken rice bowl—both were absolutely delicious, 10/10. While the restaurant was quite loud, the staff handled a pair of rowdy guests at the bar quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated. It took nearly an hour to get our food, but the hostess acknowledged the wait without us saying a word and kindly removed our drinks from the bill. The service was thoughtful, and the food was outstanding. The only downside was the noise level and the long wait.

My fish tacos came out super stale, the restaurant was very gracious to make me a new one and that came out perfect. I have no complaints after they had fixed my order, the food at Cactus is nice and consistent. I would come back again.

Deserae was truly next level. She made our evening with her amazing energy, kind attitude, and top-tier service. She checked in at all the right times, made great recommendations, and handled everything with such ease and grace. It honestly felt like we were being hosted by a friend who just wanted us to have the best time. Servers like her are rare she went above and beyond and made the whole experience unforgettable.

Shantal is amazing. Every time i be here, she takes good care of me and my guests. She has a welcoming attitude and her gesture gave a warming atmosphere to us. I'd want to thank Shantal for going above and beyond to ensure that our dinner experience was exceptional. Her sincere welcome and excellent service made all the difference. Although it was Valentines night and it was really busy, but the quality of the food was excellent. They understood the cuisine, made excellent suggestions, and valued guest comments.

The food is great. The servers are friendly too. Highly recommended that you try their Med Bowl, you can request to remove the rice if you’re in a diet just asked them to add more veggies instead and the london fog creme brulee was soOooo good. I like it so much. I will definitely go back here.

Such a cute spot! I’m a big fan of their drinks! Especially in the summer or for a little night out with your girls:) recommend their peach Bellini and expresso martinis are always delicious! It’s usually not crazy busy that you can’t get a spot especially for downtown! And the staff are always lovely and attentive:)

Dinner as part of a Birthday celebration.. lucky we booked for a Saturday night as it was packed.. in saying that the Service was excellent and the food was served in an appropriate time frame. The food itself was excellent we decided to share some small dishes and then Share a Salmon main dish. Really tasty and a good size serving without going over the top. Cocktails and wine at a reasonable price... We will be returning. Travelling with the Starr's gives Cactus Club... 4.5 out of 5.
